What Software Do You Need To Capture The Image?

You don’t need any special software to take your computer’s snapshot. Simply press PrtScn (Print Screen Button) from your Windows based system’s keyboard. Doing this will place your Active Screen’s image on the clipboard. Open an image editing software e.g. Paint or Paint Brush and Press Ctrl+V.

If you are using an earlier version of Windows than Windows 7, simply use the crop tool in the Paint or Paint Brush tool ro remove the unwanted part of screen image you just captured following above mentioned technique.

Take a Picture of Partial Screen, A Part of Computer Screen or A Specific Area of DesktopIf you are a using Windows 7 or a later version, your operating system make it even simpler to take the image of a part of your computer screen. Press the Windows Button located at the bottom left corner of your screen and type “Snipping Tool”. Hit “Enter” and you will see something that is shown in the image above. Select the desired area of the screen by pressing left click and dragging the mouse. As soon as you release the mouse button, the part of screen you just selected will be captured. Save this picture and you are ready to do what you have to do with this image.
