Most people believe that having gluten based food is actually a good thing. However this isn’t true. In fact, it’s only good to have if you have guts of steel. If you don’t, AVOID THIS!
Gluten based foods may result in gut inflammation and you may experience very low levels of energy. It may sound too simple to work, but if you are trying to lose weight, it is better that you avoid any food that contains gluten in it. Do this at least until you achieve your desired fitness level and lose all the weight you want.
Go To the Gluten-Free Section of the Grocery Store
The next time you go to the grocery store and put anything in the shopping cart, make sure you check the ingredients in the back of the packaging. If in the ingredients list shows gluten as one of the ingredients, simply don’t buy the product. Instead, look for an alternative that does not contain gluten. This should be fairly easy as grocery stores now have entire gluten free sections that have a good range of products. Just doing this alone will allow you to remove the possibility of having gut inflammation and you will have an amazing energy level that you would not believe.
