What is Bremax?
Bremax is chemically Tulobuterol that belongs to β2-Agonist class of drugs. It is marketed in Pakistan by Abbott Laboratories for the prophylaxis and control of bronchospasm in Bronchial Asthma. Tulobuterol falls in Pregnancy category “C”, so the associated risks during Pregnancy and Lactation can’t be ruled out.
In adults, the initial dosage is 1 mg twice daily. After 7 to 10 days the dose may be increased to a maximum of 2 mg twice daily.
Like any drug, Tulobuterol may have some side effects including (but not limited to) Finger Tremor, Angina, Hypertension, Palpitation, Vertigo, Vomiting, Insomnia (sleeplessness) and Headache.
